Issues we bring to counselling.

Counselling is an opportunity to talk, about anything you wish in confidence , with a professional, experienced, registered, Counsellor. The aim of counselling, is to help you to work towards living a more resourceful way of life. Among other things, it is also about being in control of your own life. It can help you to clarify your thoughts, and feelings, you may have, that cause you concern. In enabling these issues to be talked about, you are then able to make clearer choices for a more fulfilled future.>

Psychotherapy is a process of learning about oneself. It is an opportunity to share personal difficulties, with a professional trusted experienced Psychotherapist. It is an opportunity to provides time and space, for personal growth, as well as change. It can help you to understand, the source of any distress, or confusion, you may be experiencing. If we can understand the reasons for these uncomfortable feelings, it can often bring freedom, and the opportunity to consider an alternative way of being.
